Crystal Healing for Spring Equinox
This Spring Equinox crystal healing workshop will teach about different crystals that support us as we transition into the Spring season in the Northern Hemisphere. Engaging with crystals in this manner helps to promote inner growth, healing, balance, self-discovery and more.
In this workshop we will learn about crystals for the Spring Equinox and different ways to work with these specific crystals to deepen our connection to ourselves, Mother Earth and the Spring season.
You will also learn how to create your very own crystal grid for the Spring Equinox.
There will be time for questions and answers, and the workshop will close with a group healing to clear and balance our energy.
Materials:
Recommended: Paper and pen to take notes.
A small piece of paper to write an intention on.
Optional: Six to eight crystals that you feel drawn to, as well as 3-6 small pieces of clear quartz (or another kind of crystal you may have multiples of).
A piece of Selenite. A cloth to place your crystal grid on or another surface of your choosing. A small candle to light for the grid.
*Please note you do not need any of these materials to learn how to make the grid - I will be creating one on camera for you to see. However, if you would like to join along and make one at the same time then these items are recommended.
