This self-love crystal healing workshop will teach about different crystals that support and enhance the act of self-love. Engaging with crystals in this manner helps to promote appreciation and respect of self, and deepen the way we care for ourselves.
In this workshop we will learn about crystal healing for self-love and different ways to work with these specific crystals to promote regular self-care and appreciation.
You will also learn how to create your very own crystal grid for self-love, along with a ritual you can use to enhance your practice.
There will be time for questions and answers, and the workshop will close with a group healing to clear and balance our energy.
I encourage you to bring a journal or some paper for notes.
