In order to create an abundant spiritual garden for yourself and those around you, connecting back to self is key! Although the spiritual path is NOT an individual one, everything we do or don't do matters!!
No experience is needed to participate in this workshop, as we will be delving deeper into simple but profound practices.

Week 1: Connecting to Mother Earth & inviting her into your practice
Week 2: Evil Eye & Protection –what does it mean and how can we protect our energy daily
Week 3: Creating sacred spaces that resonate with our personal energy
Week 4: Bringing it all together – what does this all look when we are practicing all of these things in unity

Angelia is a gifted soul, I felt seen, safe, and loved during the entire session! What I really appreciate about her is that she is very aware of the struggles those of us in the BIPOC community deal with regarding our ancestry, especially those of us from Latin American origins. Her healing goes deep just like many ancestral modalities, however, what makes hers so unique is that the healing she provides is grounded on re-connection through action, she invites us to rekindle our relationship with our ancestors who are waiting to be acknowledged and seen by us. I personally have felt disconnected from my African roots due to colonialism and cultural/social programming from my country of birth (Venezuela). This led me to deny parts of me that were yearning to be seen, acknowledged, and brought back to my conscious awareness. She was able to retrieve my African roots beautifully; my African Ancestors were happily inviting me to re-connect, and I felt for the first time in my entire life that I was allowed to claim this part of me.
