Ancestral Readings/Healings are some of the most profound healing work in connecting to your spiritual guidance team. In this powerful reading and healing session, we will be connecting with your beloved and elevated ancestors to better understand some blocks and/or generational cycles. This is to heal and transmute any generational trauma that has been holding you and your family line back!
When we work with our ancestors, we not only learn about these blocks and cycles but the root cause of them tracing back to their origins! This type of healing work is for those who want to delve deep into the root causes of what has been hindering your lineage through understanding these generational blocks. Healing with our ancestors cultivates healing for past generations, this present time, and future generations!
My ancestral healing medicine has been passed down to me for generations through my Indigenous and Caribbean roots, because of this I also incorporate decolonial healing for other fellow BIPOCs which is deeply needed at this time! Wearing white/ light-colored clothing to a healing session is always recommended from my line of practice to further incorporate the healing and protection to take place.

Channeled affirmations/ healing homework to continue the healing after our session
Powerful Indigenous/ Caribbean Energy healing pulling out any energetic cords/ blocks
Offer some advice/ coaching to take with you in continuing this relationship with your ancestors
Soulful compassionate chat full of support and validation to aid in this healing together
It is advised that this reading is done on a day or time you will NOT be doing a lot of work, as you may feel a little sleepy after the energy healing. Be sure to get a good night's sleep, and eat light grounding foods, since I will be moving a lot of energy in the healing part of the session.
To get the most out of our time together, ensure you have a quiet and comfortable space. Also, please ensure that you have a good internet connection, as our session will be recorded for your viewing!

What I really appreciate about her is that she is very aware of the struggles those of us in the BIPOC community deal with regarding our ancestry, especially those of us from Latin American origins.
