We are so excited to introduce one of EvolvMe’s newest groups, “We Are Family” - a loving, intergenerational, inclusive, and spiritual space for the LGBTQIA+ Community. This spiritual healing group will be led by two of our gifted Spiritual Practitioners, Lori Sheffer and Sam Mark every Thursday evening on the EvolvMe platform. 

For so many Queers, we navigate through life holding onto religious, cultural, and societal traumas that leave us blocked, unhealed, and wounded. We get pushed into corners, feeling like the only way to have a relationship with God/Spirit/Universe is to give up a piece of ourselves. This further complicates our traumas, leaving us feeling unlovable and unworthy of our connections with the Divine. “We Are Family” allows a space where we can come together to heal these old wounds through intergenerational storytelling. Where we can expand our spiritual practices to allow for a more intimate, holistic, and organic relationship with Spirit.

Practitioners

Lori Sheffer is an Andean Shamanic Practitioner and Psychic Medium. Through practicing Shamanism, she found she was able to begin to heal the stories within her that made her feel disconnected and unworthy of a relationship with God. She now finds that the Divine is a part of her everyday life and healing practice. Both she and her wife have found that since healing their stories around religion, they are better able to connect with Spirit, each other, and their families.

Sam Mark is an Intuitive Tarot Healer and Certified Tarot Advisor. Growing up with a convoluted idea of religion, spirituality, and identity as a whole, she set aside her spiritual gifts for many years, too afraid to explore them. 2020 was a pivotal year for her and would become the beginning of her Spiritual Awakening. Since then, she has been on a journey of healing and transformation using Tarot and oracle cards to enhance her intuitive gifts. She now has the honor of sharing those healing gifts with her greater community.
