Feeling stuck in your life direction, personal habits and/or relationships?

As creatures of habit, we unconsciously take on destructive familial patterns of anxiety, depression, anger, and guilt as a way of belonging to our families.  Any of these entanglements can eventually manifest as actual physical illness.  A child will often sacrifice their own best interests in a vain attempt to ease the suffering of a parent or other family member. Ancestral Constellations are an experiential way of uncovering underlying hidden loyalties that have been carried unconsciously over generations.

Why is the lost connection to ancestors in the West so significant?  Simply put, our ancestors care about our material well being.  Spirit, not so much.  If we can remedy disturbances in our family systems, the effects can reverberate into every aspect of our lives, including material well being.  After all, the separation of mind, body and spirit is a delusion.
