The session may include shamanic mediumship, sound or written channeling or healing. Each session is geared towards a person's intent. Some of the aspects that can be worked on during a session are past lives, soul healing or messages, connecting to the ancestors to heal and reconfigure ancestral patterns, shadow work and healing old traumas.
