Dr. Julie Starr is well acquainted with paranormal activity and psychic attacks by troublesome discarnate beings that occurred at the beginning of her psychic development; attempts to distract and attack continue to this day. With the help of powerful spiritual guardians, she has acquired the mental set, spiritual tools, and allies to block them, remove them, and keep them at bay. If you are troubled by paranormal experiences and/or unwanted physical, visual, auditory, telepathic, sexual, or psychokinetic phenomena that are of a paranormal nature, Julie is available for psychic consultation and clearing. 

This type of consultation may involve remote viewing of your home and auric field, messages from spirit guardians or Angels, clearing of foreign energy, portal closing, and helpful tips that you can use to block psychic invaders.  Depending on the circumstances, an outside shamanic ritual may be performed at a distance to help cleanse and fortify the client's home, energy body, and other people and/or animals that are affected.  

Dr. Julie Starr (she/her) has a Ph.D. in Psychology with a concentration in Consciousness and Spirituality. Her Master's Degree is in Transpersonal Psychology with a concentration in counseling.  A former deputy sheriff and university professor who awakened to her psychic and mediumship abilities, she currently offers psychic readings, mediumship, and intuitive/spiritual counseling. Her general psychic readings are offered with a question/answer component. Some life areas she may explore include relationships, goals, finances, career, spirituality,  personal strengths, life challenges, and psychic abilities.  If relevant, she may look at past lives or ask questions of the Akashic Records as it pertains to current life issues.   Julie does not give health readings but offers psycho-spiritual healing.
